Long cut rooibos from South Africa*, cinnamon (cassia)*, ginger*, cardamom*, cloves*, black pepper*. * From organic farming.
Taste description
Rooibos version of traditional Indian Chai for quick preparation without cooking the spices (cassia cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves and pepper) contained in Chai Massala.
Drink plain 1 tsp /2dl and 4 min or with milk 2 tsp /2dl and 6 min.
Rooibos (rot bush/redwood): the woody part of this theine-free plant from South Africa makes a sweet, vanilla infusion.
We only use Super Grade and organic long cut rooibos in our blends, so they do not contain dust and therefore have a cleaner taste!
The same can be purchased plain!
Preparation
1 tsp / 2 dl | 100ºC | 5 min.
Cold tea
2 tablespoon to a litre of cold water, leave to infuse for 4 hours.
