Taste description
This Bai Mu Dan is a classic blend of three white teas with a fresh herbal flavour. Be careful with the preparation: this tea is very voluminous. Remember to use 2 heaped teaspoons for 2 dl. Use an open filter!
Preparation
2 tsp / 2 dl | 100ºC | 4-5 min.
Cold tea
4 tablespoon to a litre of cold water, leave to infuse for 3 hours.
