Darjeeling black tea - India
Early harvest 2024 from the high mountains of northern India, the Mim garden is located west of the city of Darjeeling towards the Nepal border.
This tea is characterized by a vegetal note and another floral one that is slightly reminiscent of rose, with sweet and intense notes, a green leaf and aromatic hints.
Nice length in the mouth!
.FF: First Flush: first harvest of the year which is treated differently to restore the freshness of spring! While being a black and fermented tea, it has very vegetal notes!
1 tsp / 2 dl | 100ºC | 3-4 min.
