A mild Keemun with a woody character and lots of buds. Light in flavour and totally different from the other two traditional ones. Our first organic Keemun, a must-try!
1 tsp / 2 dl | 100ºC | 3-5 min.
2 tablespoon to a litre of cold water, leave to infuse for 3 hours.
