Organically grown Pu Erh Green-Sheng Tea from Yunnan, China
Sheng Pu Erh, also known as raw or green, comes from the Pu Erh cultivar grown exclusively in Yunnan. The process includes withering, rolling, and then drying with dry heat.
This tea has a predominantly grassy taste with woody and earthy aromas, a far cry from traditional Pu Erh.
