Zhejiang green tea - China Organically grown
Long Jing or Lung Ching literally means "Dragon's Well". One of China's great classics, with its characteristic taste of fresh herbs and hazelnut. The leaves are flattened. Grade I contains smaller buds and is therefore much more subtle than Lung Ching Grade 2, making it one of China's most full-bodied green teas.

2 tablespoon to a litre of cold water, leave to infuse for 2 hours.
