Cassia cinnamon, cloves, orange peel, coriander, black and pink pepper.
Cinnamon cassia, cloves, orange peel, coriander, black pepper and rose petals. Cook 4 tablespoons of the spice mixture with 1 litre of acid-free red wine and at least 2 dl of water for 10 minutes. Strain through a sieve. Add as much sugar as you like. Garnish the glasses with slices of fruity orange and enjoy.
