A blend of BOP (broken) black teas from Assam and Rwanda, flavoured by us with bergamot and decorated with red cornflowers. For milk and bergamot lovers. Preparation with milk: rounded spoon / 2dl / 5min Preparation plain: level spoon / 2dl / 3-4min
Preparation
1 tsp / 2 dl | 100ºC | 3-5 min.
Cold tea
1 tablespoon to a litre of cold water, leave to infuse for 2 hours.
