Organic Japanese Tencha green tea, stone-ground into a very fine powder.
This high-quality matcha is bitterness-free.
Vacuum-sealed.
Once opened, consume within 6 weeks to maintain optimal flavor.
Preheat all utensils.
Place one teaspoon of matcha in a bowl.
Gently pour in 200 ml of water at 60°C and emulsify with a chasen, a bamboo whisk (available in stores).
Whisk well until you obtain a light green, smooth, and slightly frothy infusion.
Enjoy immediately!
