Darjeeling black tea - India
2025 early harvest from the high mountains of Northern India, the Castelton garden, located between 900 and 1,830 meters above sea level, is located south of the town of Kurseong.
This tea is characterized by a vegetal and floral note slightly reminiscent of rose, with sweet and intense notes, green leaves, and aromatic hints.
Beautiful length on the palate!
FF: First Flush: the first harvest of the year, processed differently to restore the freshness of spring! While being a fermented black tea, it has very vegetal notes!
1 tsp / 2 dl | 100ºC | 3-4 min.
