Delicate Japanese green tea with the taste of freshly cut grass.
Very intense Sencha with a green, fresh and light taste without acidity or iron taste
Notes of green vegetables and freshly cut herbs.
Shade tea in the last weeks before harvest (Kabuse).
1 tsp / 2 dl | 70ºC | 3-4 min.
1 tablespoon to a litre of cold water, leave to infuse for 2 hours.
