This tea is finished growing before harvesting in the shade
All spring in this exceptional tea!
Its leaf is not flattened like most Japanese green teas but curled and dark green in color.
Preparation
1 tsp / 2 dl | 70ºC | 3-4 min.
Cold tea
2 tablespoon to a litre of cold water, leave to infuse for 2 hours.
