Environmentally conscious values

We have always practiced selective waste sorting, and since 2000, we have no longer offered plastic bags.
Whenever possible, we reuse our suppliers' packaging for our online store shipments, giving them a second life: cardboard, Sagex chips, bubble wrap, or newspaper (excess Sagex chips are collected and returned to our suppliers).

We sell around a hundred organic products and also purchase organic ingredients for our recipes.
After so many years, we are well aware of our needs and favor group or even annual orders.

Our wrapping paper is recycled kraft paper, and our unprinted ribbons are satin.
Our gift packaging is refined yet minimalist; in fact, most of our tableware is offered in its original boxes in perfect condition with a simple ribbon.

Except during the Covid-19 period, we fill your own containers for all our loose leaf teas (minimum 50g). We thank you for bringing washed and dry containers!

Currently, plastic is only present in tea bags for retail and pre-packaged teas, to maintain the quality of our products.
