 
Matcha
Original matcha is a Japanese green tea called Tencha, which is ground into a very fine powder using a stone mill.
All our matchas are vacuum-packed.
Once opened, consume within 6 weeks to maintain optimal flavor.
Preparation is an emulsion, not an infusion like traditional green tea.
Heat all the ingredients (bowl and chasen) beforehand.
Place a teaspoon of matcha in the bowl.
Gently pour 2 dl of water at 60°C and emulsify with the chasen (bamboo whisk available on this website and in stores).
Whisk well until you obtain a light green, lump-free, and slightly frothy liqueur.
