Taste description
Green oolong with a floral character with a beautiful balance of plants and flowers. Lilac notes - lily of the valley - gardenia - jasmine.
Large, unrolled leaves.
The particularity of Oolong is their absence of bitterness and astringency.
Other names: Pouchong, Pao Chong..
Preparation
2 tsp / 2 dl | 100ºC | 3-4 min.
Cold tea
1 tablespoon to a litre of cold water, leave to infuse for 3 hours.
