Taiwan-China green oolong tea
Green oolong (30% fermentation) with a very floral character. Notes of lilac - lily of the valley - gardenia - jasmine. Large, dense rolled leaves. Use 1 level teaspoon / 2 dl !!!! The special feature of green Oolong is its lack of bitterness and astringency.
0.5 tsp / 2 dl | 100ºC | 3 min.
2 tablespoon to a litre of cold water, leave to infuse for 2 hours.
