Organic Fujian brown oolong tea - China
Oolong (65-70% fermentation) with a very pronounced woody taste of hazelnut and toast. Very roasted. The distinctive feature of Oolong is its lack of bitterness and astringency.
2 tsp / 2 dl | 100ºC | 4-5 min.
2 tablespoon to a litre of cold water, leave to infuse for 3 hours.
